St. Vincent
Lighter bodied, but full flavored. Similar to a young Chianti. This wine is a varietal, St. Vincent, thought to be a cross of Chambourcin and Pinot Noir. Red currant and raspberry on the nose.

Chambourcin
Chambourcin is a cold hardy varietal bursting with fruit. Rich ruby color. Dark rich berries on the nose. Big mixed berry flavor with silky soft texture and ripe fruit lingering on the finish.

Primitivo
Spicy nose with hints of pepper. Black raspberry, blackberry, and spice on the palate. Medium bodied wine with soft tannins – perfect for drinking with Italian food. Primitivo is the same as Zinfandel.

Tempranillo
Rich spicy nose with notes of black raspberry and blackberry. Full bodied wine with soft tannins on the mid-palate, juicy plum, rich dark fruit, and a hint of toasty spice lingering on the finish. Similar to a Spanish Rioja. Bursting with fruit.

Merlot
Black cherry and rich toast on the nose, with lingering spices on the finish. This wine comes from the oldest vines in our vineyard, making gorgeous, fruit-forward Merlot with just enough oak to bring out the character.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark, toasty aromas of black raspberry and cocoa lead to a complex wine with soft tannins, dark berries, and beautiful oak accents that linger on your tongue. Cabernet Sauvignon is a cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, soaring to distinction as one of the most recognizable varieties of red wine.

Cabernet Franc
Winemaker’s favorite! Vibrant aromas of blackberries and sandalwood lead to a complex wine with soft tannins and earthy flavors of plum and spice. Cabernet Franc is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties, and is a parent grape to both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A bit more rustic, this wine is a flagship of the Grand Valley.

Ethereal
Ethereal is our Winemaker’s Reserve Blend. We sample every dry red barrel that we make each year, choosing our favorites to become this complex and full-bodied red. With so many notes to play off of, this wine is a discovery with every sip. 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc, and 25% St. Vincent.
